Personal Information Collected
For the mapping, Cappra Consulting collects the following personal information:
Contact information provided by you, such as your name and email address.
Device and browser data: We collect information about the devices and applications you use to access our services. Device data mainly includes: IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address, system and performance information, and browser type. If you are using a mobile device, we will also collect its UUID.
Usage information: We collect information related to your usage whenever you interact with our websites and services. This includes which pages you visit, what you click on, when you perform these actions, your preferred language, what you purchase, and more.
Log data: In addition, like most websites, our servers maintain files that log data whenever a device accesses them. Log files contain data about the nature of each access, including the originating IP address, internet service providers, files viewed on our website (such as HTML pages, graphic resources, etc.), operating system versions, device types, and date and time records.
Referral information: If you come to the link from an external source (like a link on another website or email), we will record information about the source that referred you to us.
Tag information: We use first-party and third-party cookies and tracking services that use cookies and page tags (also known as web beacons) to collect data about visitors to our websites. This data includes usage and user statistics.
Purpose of Data Collection:
Personal data is collected solely for verifying the authenticity of the survey responses.
Data Sharing:
The data collected is shared with the platform responsible for the form (Typeform) and with Google Sheets (you can access the privacy policy here: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/10381817?hl=en), which is used for consolidating the responses.
Where Personal Information is Processed and Stored:
Your information and data are stored in a secure location with restricted access, and external access or sharing is not permitted, in compliance with the best practices for information security.
Cappra Consulting is responsible for maintaining security measures, both technical and administrative, to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from security incidents, loss, alteration, communication, or any form of improper processing.
How Long We Retain Your Data:
Your data is kept only for the time necessary to obtain useful insights and fulfill the purpose determined by legal obligations, such as contract execution. We do not retain personal data for more than two years after the completion date of the last survey or form submission, at which point the legal basis of exercising regular rights applies.
Your Rights:
Cappra Consulting is available to help you exercise your rights under data protection laws. Please note that the research surveys for consulting purposes collect the minimum necessary personal data. If there is insufficient data to identify your response, we will not be able to process your request.
